Gas addition

This is all the elements for the O2 injection. Regulator, KISS valve and scrubber injection point.

Apeks DST4 with Gordon Smith blanking plug to make the Regulator "non depth compensating". The red hose is Swagelok push on hose with a re-usable hose end.

The red hose has a Swagelok push on tube 1/4 inch tube fitting into the Swagelok filter which is then connected to the KISS valve. The black hose coming out of the KISS valve has another push on 1/4 inch tube fitting into a cut scuba inflator hose which then connects to a standard schrader/scuba inflator male which is screwed into the new scrubber exhalation port.

This is the new Delrin exhalation scrubber connection. The centre section of the port has been extended to 17mm (12mm more than normal) and a standard schrader/scuba male connection has been installed.

As above but without the inflator hose connected.

This is the diluent side of the system. It has a Sherwood Brut 300 bar DIN regulator with SPG and a split hose which feeds the Drager ADV and the inflator for the Scubapro wing.

The blue and red hose wraps are to protect the hoses as the pass into or out of the stainless steel case.
